These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration and use of www.3d1.in (3d.one) (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) by independent 3D Artists (“Artist”, “you”, or “your”) who provide 3D modelling, architectural visualisation, interior visualisation, exterior visualisation, rendering, animation, walkthrough, and related services to Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and other Clients through the Platform.
By creating an Artist account, accepting a project or contract, submitting work, communicating with a Client, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Section 01
Role of the Platform
www.3d1.in (3d.one) is a marketplace and technology platform that connects independent 3D Artists with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, and other Clients.
The Platform may facilitate:
- Artist registration and profiles;

- Monthly contracts;
- Project-based assignments;
- Communication;

- Payment processing;
- Delivery of work;
- Dispute assistance; and
- Artist payouts.
The Platform does not ordinarily employ Artists. www.3d1.in (3d.one) operates as an independent service provider.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and the Platform or between you and a Client.
Section 02

To register as an Artist, you must:
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- Provide accurate personal and professional information;
- Provide genuine portfolio/work samples;
- Have the skills necessary to perform the services you accept;
- Have the necessary rights to all work submitted to the Platform; and

If you represent a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Section 03
Artist Profile
You may be required to provide:
- Name;
- Professional details;
- Location;
- Skills;
- Software expertise;
- Portfolio;
- Experience;
- Specialisation;
- Availability;
- Pricing information;

You agree that all information provided to the Platform will be accurate and up to date.
The Platform may remove or reject portfolio material that appears misleading, stolen, fraudulent, or inappropriate.
Section 04
Portfolio Ownership
You confirm that the portfolio work submitted by you:
- Was created by you or your authorised team;
- Does not knowingly infringe third-party intellectual-property rights; and
- May legally be displayed by you for professional purposes.
You must not upload another Artist's work and represent it as your own.
The Platform may remove any portfolio material where ownership or authenticity is reasonably disputed.
Section 05
Types of Artist Engagement
The Platform may provide different engagement models depending on the type of 3D service.
The two primary models are:
A. 3D Interior Artist — Monthly Contract / Subscription
Interior 3D Artists may be engaged by Clients under a recurring monthly contract or subscription arrangement.
B. 3D Exterior Artist — Project-Based
Exterior 3D Artists may generally be engaged for individual projects with a defined scope, fee, and delivery schedule.
The Platform may introduce additional engagement models in the future.
Section 06
Interior 3D Artist — Monthly Contract
Where an Interior Artist is engaged under a monthly contract, the Client will pay the applicable monthly contract amount through the Platform.
The monthly contract may specify:
- Monthly fee;
- Contract duration;
- Expected working hours or availability;
- Number/type of deliverables;
- Expected turnaround;
- Revision expectations;
- Communication requirements;
- Software requirements;
- Working schedule; and
- Other project-specific requirements.
The exact terms of each monthly contract will be communicated before the Artist accepts the engagement.
Section 07
Interior Artist Monthly Payment
For a monthly Interior Artist contract, the Platform will collect the agreed monthly amount from the Client.
The Platform will deduct:
30% Platform Commission
plus:
18% GST on the Platform Commission
The remaining amount will be payable to the Artist, subject to the applicable payout conditions.
Example
If the monthly contract value is ₹30,000:
- Monthly amount paid by Client: ₹30,000
- Platform Commission (30%): ₹9,000
- GST on Platform Commission (18% of ₹9,000): ₹1,620
- Artist payout: ₹19,380
This example is illustrative. Actual tax treatment, payment-processing charges, deductions, or other applicable amounts may vary where required by law.
Section 08
Monthly Contract Renewal
Monthly contracts may automatically renew where:
- The Client continues the subscription;
- The Artist continues to accept the engagement; and
- The applicable payment is successfully processed.
The Platform may establish minimum notice requirements for cancellation or non-renewal.
The specific contract displayed to the Artist will prevail regarding the applicable notice period.
Section 09
Interior Artist Availability
An Interior Artist accepting a monthly contract agrees to maintain the availability and working commitment specified in that contract.
The Artist must communicate promptly if:
- They are unavailable;
- They experience a technical problem;
- They cannot meet an agreed deadline; or
- An unexpected circumstance affects their availability.
Repeated failure to maintain agreed availability may result in suspension or termination of the contract or Artist account.
Section 10
Exterior 3D Artist — Project Basis
Exterior 3D Artists will generally be engaged on an individual project basis.
Each project may specify:
- Project fee;
- Number of renders;
- Number of views;
- Resolution;
- Modelling requirements;
- Materials;
- Lighting;
- Landscaping;
- Animation/walkthrough requirements;
- Deadline;
- Number of revisions; and
- Other deliverables.
The Artist must review the scope before accepting the project.
Acceptance of a project means that the Artist agrees to perform the specified work according to the agreed requirements.
Section 11
Exterior Artist Project Payment
For project-based exterior work, the Client pays the project amount through the Platform.
The Platform deducts:
30% Platform Commission
plus:
18% GST on the Platform Commission
The remaining amount is payable to the Artist.
Example
If an exterior project is worth ₹50,000:
- Project amount: ₹50,000
- Platform Commission (30%): ₹15,000
- GST on Commission: ₹2,700
- Artist payout: ₹32,300
The above example is illustrative only.
Section 12
Payment Release
Artist payouts may be released after the applicable project or monthly contract conditions are satisfied.
The Platform may delay payment where reasonably necessary because of:
- Client disputes;
- Refund requests;
- Payment reversals;
- Suspected fraud;
- Failure to deliver agreed work;
- Violation of these Terms;
- Incorrect payment information; or
- Other legitimate circumstances.
The Platform will make reasonable efforts to process eligible Artist payments within the payout timeframe communicated on the Platform.
Section 13
Additional Work
An Artist must not independently charge a Client for additional work relating to a Platform project without following the Platform's applicable process.
Where the Client requests work outside the original scope, the Artist should notify the Platform and/or use the Platform's approved process for approving additional charges.
Additional work may require:
- New quotation;
- Additional payment;
- Revised deadline; and
- Client approval.
Section 14
Direct Payment from Client
Artists must not request or accept direct payment from a Client for work originating through the Platform for the purpose of avoiding Platform fees.
This includes:
- Bank transfers;
- Cash;
- Direct payment applications;
- Third-party payment links; or
- Any other method intended to bypass the Platform.
All Platform-originated projects should be processed through the Platform unless expressly authorised otherwise.
Section 15
Client Bypass / Circumvention
The Artist must not intentionally move a Platform-originated Client relationship outside the Platform to avoid Platform commission.
This restriction applies to both:
- The current project; and
- Future work resulting directly from the Platform introduction.
Where the Platform reasonably determines that an Artist deliberately circumvented the Platform, it may:
- Suspend the Artist account;
- Terminate active contracts;
- Withhold payments where legally permitted;
- Recover applicable fees;
- Restrict future access; and/or
- Take other lawful action.
Section 16
Deadlines
Artists are expected to meet agreed deadlines.
If the Artist anticipates a delay, they must notify the Client and/or Platform as soon as reasonably possible.
Repeated unexplained delays may affect:
- Artist ratings;
- Future project allocation;
- Account status;
- Active contracts; or
- Platform eligibility.
Delays caused by the Client, such as late feedback, missing files, or changes in requirements, should not automatically be treated as Artist delays.
Section 17
Quality of Work
Artists agree to provide work that reasonably conforms to the agreed project scope and professional standards.
Depending on the project, this may include:
- Correct modelling;
- Appropriate materials;
- Proper lighting;
- Accurate camera setup;
- Appropriate rendering quality;
- Required resolution;
- Correct file formats; and
- Agreed design references.
The Artist must notify the Client or Platform if project requirements are unclear before proceeding where reasonably possible.
Section 18
Revisions
Artists must provide the number of revisions included in the agreed project scope or monthly contract.
A revision means a reasonable modification within the original scope.
Major changes may be considered additional work, including:
- New camera angles;
- New views;
- Completely different design;
- Major modelling changes;
- New architectural drawings;
- Significant material changes;
- Additional animation; or
- Changes made after Client approval.
Section 19

Artists should not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Late Client feedback;
- Missing drawings;
- Incomplete information;
- Changes in architectural design;
- Changes in Client requirements;
- Delayed approvals; or
- Other circumstances caused by the Client.
The Artist should maintain records of relevant communication where possible.

- Personal workflows;
- Scripts;
- Tools;
- Templates;
- Techniques;
- Generic assets;
- Personal libraries;
- Know-how; and
- Other pre-existing materials.
Rights relating to the specific final project deliverables will depend upon the project agreement and applicable law.
Where a project specifically requires transfer or assignment of rights in final deliverables, such transfer will generally be subject to full payment and the agreed project terms.
Section 21
Source Files
Unless specifically included in the project scope, the Artist is not automatically required to provide editable source files such as:
- 3ds Max files;
- Maya files;
- Blender files;
- Photoshop files;
- CAD files;
- Scene files;
- Scripts;
- Materials;
- Textures; or
- Other working files.
If source files are required, the Artist must inform this to the platform or submit source file to the platform.
Section 22
Third-Party Assets
Artists may use third-party assets where legally permitted.
Artists must not knowingly provide unlicensed or illegally obtained assets to Clients.
Third-party assets may include:
- Furniture;
- Vegetation;
- Vehicles;
- Textures;
- HDRIs;
- Fonts;
- Plugins;

The Artist does not automatically transfer ownership of third-party assets to the Client.
Section 23
Confidentiality
Artists may receive confidential information from Clients, including:
- Architectural drawings;
- Unreleased projects;
- Interior designs;
- Client information;
- Business information;
- Property information; and
- Other non-public material.
Artists agree not to knowingly disclose or misuse confidential information.
Where a Client requires a formal NDA, the Artist may be required to sign the NDA before receiving confidential project information.
Section 24
Use of Client Projects in Portfolio
Artists may wish to showcase completed work in their portfolios.
However, if a Client has expressly identified a project as confidential or has requested that it not be publicly displayed, the Artist must not publicly display that project without appropriate permission.
The Platform may establish separate portfolio and marketing policies.
Section 25
Client Communication
Artists must communicate professionally with Clients.
Artists must not:
- Harass Clients;
- Threaten Clients;
- Misrepresent their skills;
- Make fraudulent claims;
- Request unlawful work;
- Misuse Client information;

- Engage in abusive or discriminatory conduct.
Section 26

Artists are expected to maintain professional standards when using the Platform.
The Platform may consider:

- Communication;
- Quality;
- Reliability;
- Dispute history; and
- Compliance with Platform policies
when determining future eligibility or project allocation.
Section 27

The Platform may suspend or restrict an Artist account where it reasonably believes that the Artist:
- Has violated these Terms;
- Has submitted fraudulent portfolio work;
- Has repeatedly failed to deliver projects;
- Has committed plagiarism;
- Has breached confidentiality;
- Has attempted to bypass Platform fees;
- Has abused a Client;
- Has engaged in fraud; or
- Has otherwise misused the Platform.
Section 28
Termination
The Platform may terminate an Artist's access to the Platform where appropriate.
Termination of an account does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including:
- Confidentiality;
- Intellectual-property obligations;
- Payment obligations;
- Dispute obligations;
- Non-circumvention obligations; and
- Other provisions intended to survive termination.
Section 29
Monthly Contract Termination
For Interior Artists working under monthly contracts, termination or cancellation will be governed by the applicable monthly contract.
The applicable contract may specify:
- Notice period;
- Final working date;
- Final payment;
- Pending deliverables;
- Handover requirements; and
- Other termination conditions.
An Artist must complete or appropriately hand over work already committed to, subject to the specific contract and circumstances.
Section 30
Project Cancellation — Exterior Artists
For project-based Exterior Artists, cancellation will be handled according to the applicable project terms.
If an Artist has already completed a substantial portion of the agreed work, the Artist may be entitled to payment for work properly completed, subject to the Platform's cancellation and dispute process.
The Platform may review the project status before determining any applicable payout or refund.
Section 31
Disputes
If a dispute arises between an Artist and Client, the parties should first attempt to resolve the issue professionally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may contact the Platform.
The Platform may review:
- Project scope;
